Before you register

What the ticket service asks for

Attendee details

Provide each attendee’s name, one email address, one phone number and an optional accessibility request.

Consent and delivery

Give explicit consent for ticket processing and email delivery. Each attendee receives a separate Ticket ID and QR code.

Keep your ticket

Save it on your phone or download and print the available PNG or PDF. Bring the ticket on every day you attend.

QR privacy: Public verification shows whether a ticket is authentic or invalid without displaying the attendee’s email or phone. Attendance is recorded only by authorized event staff, no more than once per ticket per event day.
